Twizell Camp

Camp was great fun and instead of our usual camping, we had the luxurious accommodation of a wood cabin - with gas lights and a wood-burning stove!

Day 1 (Monday) involved getting settled in and a recce of the area, which included attractive woodland and a small lake.












The scouts cooked on open fires, baking potatoes and apples or bananas with raisins and/or chocolate.
